I am proud and excited to present to you the most versatile training
apparatuses / systems in the world today. I have spent several years
researching and developing training routines for all ages and fitness levels. .
These very same routines are being used as preventative training to strengthen
and develop the bodies largest muscle group. The core muscles are used
extensively and are a forgotten and under conditioned muscle group. The result
of these muscles being under-conditioned, especially within women are
injuries that are often very difficult to recover from due to the muscle
location and physical day-to-day use within basic activity. Fun and very
effective training routines begin with Goaler One. Take your time and get to
know your product and its uses. Consulting with a physician prior to any
fitness activity is recommended. Enjoy your training!

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING YOUR PRODUCT!
The Apparatus Requires Polishing When New!
Select Your Training Area:
Flat - clean surfaces are required. Low matted carpet works very well.
Hard surfaces are also fine as long as they are swept clean. Rubber
matting found in a weight or locker-rooms are the very best and will keep the
product from shifting at all. The product will also work very well on pavement
and patio flooring should you choose to work outside as long as the surface is
swept very clean.
Your product WILL slip unless the surface is clean!
Unrolling Your Product!
When removing the bands from your G1 training apparatus and unrolling onto your
surface, be sure you have a wide-open area the first time through. Get to know
how your new product reacts when you open it. When opening, the Goaler One
“logo” is located on the top-sliding surface of the apparatus.
Preparing The Apparatus For Use!
Furniture polish works best on our apparatuses. Pledge Wipes are the
very easiest and most effective product to use when preparing the apparatus for
use. One swipe over the surface gets it ready and often the Pledge Wipe can be
used more than once if returned Pledge wipes bag. If utilizing a spray polish,
apply the spray to a soft cloth first. Go easy, very little is needed. If the
apparatus is maintained properly, your need to re-apply furniture polish will
be less frequent..
Maintaining And Cleaning The Top Surface:
Proper use and maintenance will keep the surface in great condition. Use clean
sneakers and keep the apparatus away from dirt and debris. Your training
experience will be more efficient and enjoyable. Should you be required to
clean your surface, use a mild mineral spirit, multi task spray cleaner or a
mild soap with hot water.
* More Polish May Be Required After Cleaning*
Maintaining And Cleaning The Bottom Surface: Proper maintenance of the
bottom surface of the apparatus including the rubber grip strips is required.
Keeping the bottom very clean is the only way to be sure you will get the most
stability when training.
*If The rubber Strips Are Dirty The Apparatus Will Slip*
Hot water on a lint free cloth is the most effective way to clean the
bottom surface. Hot Water on a lint free cloth is the only way to
clean the rubber strips effectively. If you use any type of cleaner on the
rubber strips they will lose their gripping ability!
Check The Apparatus Bottom Prior To Use Each Time.
ONCE AGAIN
If you have dirt build-up underneath, clean the area. If dirt is stuck to the
apparatus bottom, simply use hot water and a lint free cloth to clean the
bottom. DO NOT USE A CLEANER. This will make the bottom of the surface
slick and eliminate proper traction required.
*Wet Or Dirty Sneakers Will Dull Your Apparatus*
Transporting Your Product!
If you choose to re-roll the apparatus for storage/transportation, do so by
flipping the apparatus facing downward prior to rolling. This prevents upward
“curling “ when you reuse the apparatus. Be sure to always clean the apparatus
before rolling.
Storing Your Product For A Long Period
The apparatus and components are made of the very best impact resistant
plastics in the world today. They are very durable and user friendly but do
require proper maintenance and storage. If you plan to store the product for a
long period of time, clean the product well before rolling, top and bottom.
Remember, hot water on the bottom, mineral spirits or a mild cleaner for the
top surface if needed. Completely wipe the surfaces dry before rolling. Store
in a dry area and allow for temperatures above 50 degrees for long periods of
time.
Inserting Components To Begin Training:
To insert, adjust or remove the Patented G1 End-Stop or Disc components,
use the front or heel of your foot to tap into desired keyhole location as
shown in the diagram. It is recommended that you have flat shoes or sneakers on
during this procedure as well as during exercise to avoid injury. Line up the
insert buttons on the bottom of the End-Stop or Disc with the desired row of
keyholes. When adjusting the End-Stops to your desired exercise distance, be
sure that the button snaps are closest to the user’s foot during exercise.
** In order to fully dislodge the End-Stop or Disc you must shake it a little to
remove from the keyhole design. **
** Excessive Force Is Not Required. **
** Practice These Procedures Prior To Use. **
Keep Your Feet In Full Contact Of Apparatus Surface!
The patented G1 End-Stops and Discs require your feet to remain flat and
in full contact of the apparatus surface at all times. The rubber stripping on
the bottom of the apparatus will only work effectively when your feet remain
flat on the surface. Unlike other ramped stops on the market our flat surface
End-Stops isolate and incorporate the use of addition foot and ankle muscles. Utilize
Sneakers That are Tied Tight And Fit Proper.
The Patented Rotating Disc application offers the most versatile balance
and coordination training routines that allows unrestricted movement utilizing
change of direction techniques.

Utilizing Our Patent Rotating Discs force you to use full extension when
pushing off in desired direction. This is a very detailed exercise that
requires precision footwork. Warning: It is not recommended to exercise
at a fast pace when utilizing the Discs for exercise. The Disc will spin if the
athlete does not push off with a perfected lateral thrust.
** Detail and perfection with distributed pressure either from the toe,
middle or the heel of the foot is required during exercise and when properly
executed the rotating Disc method will develop and enhance foot, ankle and hip
muscle rotation and development.
